
I can't look at a person without evaluating their posture....but it's so much fun! It's just a matter of having the energy to study at the level that is needed, which is why I am so happy to have a mini spring break to help re-motivate and re-energize!

Important tip: STOP popping your backs! Your creating instabilities and the "pop" is only a temporary relief but is not solving the underlying problem.

Sweet! I never popped my back or neck anyway (not that I even know how) and it really drives me nuts when other people do it in my presence. I'll have to give them Dr. Mikki's tip!
